Restoration
One of our principle values is to restore the architectural heritage of where we live. We are particularly keen to keep to the ambitions of the architects of the time.
Period Features - Protecting as many period features as possible on all developments. Even though this often leads to an increase in cost of developments which we are happy to absorb as we see ourselves as custodians of these architectural assets.
Research - Before beginning any project, we try to understand the history of the building and the local environment, consulting with civic societies and local historians.
Reclamation - Reinstating features which may have been removed over previous generations.
